Background
Since our founding, we have delivered generative AI consulting and training to enterprises across Japan. Through engagements with 37 companies and 2,500 professionals, one finding has become unmistakable: the challenges organizations face with AI adoption differ fundamentally depending on their maturity stage.
A company exploring its first AI pilot requires entirely different support from one seeking to scale AI across all departments. This insight drove us to formalize three distinct program tiers.
New Program Structure
- Program 01: AI Tool Deployment -- Deploy AI tools to a specific team or department in as little as one month. Starting at JPY 300,000/month.
- Program 02: Hands-On AI Consulting -- Achieve sustained adoption and organizational expansion over a six-month engagement. Starting at JPY 300,000/month.
- Program 03: Enterprise AI Strategy Design -- Design and implement a company-wide AI strategy. Starting at JPY 2,500,000/month.
Common Features Across All Programs
All programs are delivered under a time-and-materials (quasi-delegation) contract model. This allows clients to start small and scale only after seeing results, eliminating the need for large upfront investments. We support all major AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot, maintaining a vendor-neutral advisory position.
